Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of the Renovate Reach website and any audit, proposal, subscription, campaign, CRM, automation, AI, consulting, or managed service provided by Renovate Reach LLC. A signed service agreement, order form, or statement of work controls if it conflicts with these website Terms.

Eligibility and client responsibilities

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you represent. Clients must provide accurate information, timely approvals, lawful content, appropriate account access, adequate budgets, and personnel able to respond to opportunities and deliver contracted work.

Fees and billing

Fees, setup charges, recurring amounts, media budgets, usage costs, scope, and billing dates are stated at checkout or in the applicable agreement. Recurring services renew until canceled according to the agreement. Advertising spend, telephone, text, email, AI, software, and other third-party charges may be separate.

Lead-supply plans

In an agency-run lead-supply plan, Renovate Reach operates the campaign account and funnel. The applicable agreement defines inquiry or appointment qualification, routing and exclusivity, rates, spending caps, any separate media or platform charges, billing authorization, duplicate rules and credit procedures. A lead is an inquiry, not an attended appointment, completed treatment or sale. Dental practices approve their offers and retain clinical responsibility. No card charge is authorized merely by submitting a website inquiry.

Marketing and technology services

We may configure campaigns, websites, forms, CRM pipelines, calendars, automations, AI conversations, calls, texts, follow-up, and reporting. The client retains responsibility for its licenses, claims, offers, financing language, warranties, customer service, project delivery, privacy notices, contact permissions, and legal compliance.

Client content and accounts

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for content, customer data, reviews, photographs, logos, recordings, contact lists, and claims supplied to us. You grant us a limited license to use them to provide the services. Ownership and administrative access for advertising, CRM, domain, and communications accounts will be handled as stated in the applicable agreement.

Acceptable use

You may not use our services for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or nonconsensual activity; malicious code; unauthorized data acquisition; prohibited products; or conduct that violates an advertising, communications, CRM, or AI provider’s rules.

Third-party platforms

Services rely on third-party platforms. We do not control their uptime, review decisions, policy changes, pricing, suspensions, or data handling. We are not responsible for loss caused solely by a third-party outage, suspension, policy change, or client violation.

No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee lead volume, lead quality, appointments, show rates, sales, revenue, profit, financing approval, ad approval, or uninterrupted service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from services will not exceed the amount paid to us for the affected service during the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages.

Renovate Reach appointment and inquiry SMS program

If you separately opt in, Renovate Reach LLC may send recurring non-marketing texts about your inquiry, appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and related support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or of requesting a consultation. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve disputes informally before filing a claim. Questions may be sent to hello@renovatereach.io.
